Customers who are within and outside of Israel, over the age of 18, are allowed to hold a credit card and a PayPal account.

Prices:
Alexandrov Design reserves the right to change and update the prices of products displayed on the site. Prices include VAT and do not include shipping and handling.

Shipping:
Shipment is made by Israel Post Ltd. The shipment can be obtained in one of the following ways:
Shipping in Israel by registered mail – arrives within 3 business days.
Shipping worldwide (ECO delivery) arrives within 14 business days.
Shipping worldwide (EMS shipping) – arrives within 3 business days.
Alexandrov Design is not responsible for delays or loss of packages at Israel Post Ltd.

Replacements or Returns:
The customer is entitled to send back, at his own expense, a product purchased on the site within 14 business days from the date it was received, in an original packaging and receipt, when the product was not used.
A used product will not be accepted and the customer will not receive any refund.
When returning a product, refund of 5% of the price of the product or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.
When returning the product, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the product or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.

Israeli Consumer Protection Law Compliance:

Our cancellation policies comply with the Consumer Protection Law of Israel. Customers in Israel have the right to cancel a transaction under specific conditions detailed by Israeli law. These include the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods or services.

Warranty:
Alexandrov Design is not responsible for product loss or incompatibility.
Please note: Since all jewelry is handmade, the lines, texture and other features may differ from the image displayed on the site.
Alexandrov Design makes all efforts to make all products to be perfect.
There is no warranty for jewelry that was not used correctly.
In the case of a jewelry malfunction, please send a detailed email with a description of the problem and a photograph of the jewel and maybe we can help with great love.
The company is not responsible for the client's medical problems. It is the client's responsibility to be aware of to which substance he is sensitive or allergic.
Alexandrov Design will inform in the product description from which the metal type parts are made.
In most products the customer will be given the option of choosing the type of metal according to his skin condition.
